Why Is Cutting Down Trees Bad?

Cutting down trees can cause soil erosion. This is when there is rainfall but since there is no trees to suck in the water it washes the soil away causing run off's or flash floods. Soil erosion can also make it hard for other plants to grow in that area. Trees also play an affect in global warming, When more trees are cut down there is more c02 left hanging around.
