Rebuilding Haiti must start from the ground up, with agricultural education
We all want Haiti to become successful, but would this lead to everyone owning a car?
If this was to happen the island would be so conjested they would not just need pavement but 6 lane highways!
The only solution is mass transit
A train or monorail should be built that cover the island to major cities and intersecting hyways to villages.
Roads must be improved for local freight transports to take produce and passengers from villages to train stops
